I am very pleased with Energy Electric and will definitely call them for my future electrical needs. After my initial contact with Mark he

called me back promptly. He came out to my home within a day or so to evaluate the work to be done and provided a written estimate, and

scheduled the service date within a week. On the service date, he and his brother arrived early and got the work done within an hour for

the quoted amount. They took time to lay tarps to keep the floors clean, and Mark took a few minutes to discuss future projects with me. I

highly recommend Energy Electric.

Marc showed up bright and early at our door and inside of 15 minutes had the main issue pegged. Half our home's power was gone and I

believed it had to do with the breaker panel. Never thought to check the plugs. Marc found the faulty plug on the second try. He also took a

good look at the panel, gave us some idea on how to go about getting it fixed in the future for another problem we havebeen experiencing

but that comes and goes. What I liked about Marc is that he didn't assume we were made of money and he offered lower cost solutions for

every situation we have, giving us clearly the pros and cons of each. In addition, Marc is personable, sharp, he obviously knows what he

is doing and he is reasonably priced. I think I finally found an electrician I can trust and that I will actually enjoy working with in the future.

He had to wire the fan to a loft switch. We also had another ceiling fan that was currently up and needed to get wired to a loft switch. He

was friendly and prompt. He got right back after I had called him and left a message to get back to me. He managed to come within the next

few days. I wanted to get the job done in a hurry. The price was good too.

The electrician, Mark ~ the business owner, arrived on time, actually early since he called that morning to say he could arrive earlier if

that was okay. He arrived on time and with a smile on his face. He assessed the situation, listened to what it was I wanted, collaborated

with me about reaching the end result, then started working. His attention to detail was appreciated. He draped and taped the area where

he worked, catching all the messy debris from the job. Even though it wasn't a straight line from start to finish, Mark professionally

steered the corners and navigated the unexpected with ease. He got the job done and done well. In a soundbite: he cut a rectangle in the

wall, up high, where the outlet would go. Then he snaked a wire down to the existing outlet to connect the electricity. A wooden block

prohibited passage half way down so he had to cut another hole there in order to access the block of wood to cut a hole in it so the wires

could reach the live outlet by the baseboard. Friendly, Professional, Timely, Efficient, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy are the words I would

use to describe Mark. An electrician I highly recommend!
